Our stainless steel welded wire mesh (ss welded mesh), is produced with stainless steel iron wires, material types include:  ss302, ss304, ss310, ss316, ss316L, 430, monel. The stainless steel welded mesh character is: it’s very strongly anti-rust, and very good looking. So it’s sually used when the application needs good visual effets, or clean atmosphere that dont allow rust. 

    PVC coated stainless steel wire mesh

    The stainless steel welded mesh can be PVC coated, so that it can have different colors,and stronger against rusting.

Although concrete is an excellent building material and is extremely strong, it has a shortcoming – concrete is weak in tension. By combining concrete with material that is strong in tension, we can create a composite that greatly reinforced. This type of steel reinforcement used in concrete is welded wire mesh.
Concrete reinforcement mesh consists of pieces of wire or rebar welded together to form a grid pattern. The size of the grid pattern (mesh size) is typically 4-inch-by-4-inch up to 8-inch-by-8-inch. This type of reinforcement is used to minimize shrinkage cracking in the surface of the concrete.

　　In deciding which kind of mesh to use, take the following into consideration:

　　Do you want the fence or mesh to last a long time?

　　Are there requirements that determine the mesh size that you want to use?

　　What environmental factors exist that could potentially shorten the lifetime of the wire?

　　Does your project require a lot of labor and expense that will need to be repeated if you use a less costly product and the wires rust through and need to be replaced?

　　Does it make sense to use a more expensive product with a longer lifetime?

　　Is the appearance of fence or mesh important?

　　The alternatives to PVC Coated welded wire fencing products are Galvanized Before Weld (GBW), Galvanized After Weld (GAW) and Stainless Steel (SS) fences and meshes. GBW items are less expensive and have a shorter lifetime. GAW materials will last a long time but have a less attractive finish.

　　The mesh is generally specified and manufactured according to standard references making for easy site identification, quality control and management.

　　Although generally used in surface beds (concrete floor slabs on fill) and concrete roads, mesh can also be used in suspended floor slabs, concrete walls, culverts / drains and composite brick / concrete retaining walls.
